Monogram Foods ceases operations at Schulenburg, TX production facility
The FDA-certified plant, which produced pet treats, could be converted into a USDA-certified facility.
Monogram Foods, Memphis, Tenn., ceased operations at its Schulenburg, Texas, production facility.
The FDA-certified plant, which produced pet treats, could be converted into a USDA-certified facility, and features 88 flow-through smokehouse rack positions and a new multi-million dollar wastewater facility.
“We made good products consistently and safely with our highly capable Schulenburg workforce,” says Karl Schledwitz, chief executive officer. “If Monogram cannot stay, we would love to see someone take advantage of this great production opportunity by acquiring it.”
