The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc., Ridgefield, Conn., leased a new 231,000-square-foot facility in City of Industry, Calif., to support the expansion of specialty offerings and meet the demand of a growing customer base in the region. 

The new distribution center will contain state-of-the-art Allen Brothers’ meat and seafood processing facilities to focus on the development of the company’s center-of-the-plate brands, as well as a temperature-controlled specialty produce space.   

“We are excited to expand our foothold in Southern California, especially to our talented chef-customers. This new warehouse will be the key foundation for providing the highest quality ingredients available in the market today,” says Tina Roberts, regional vice president. “This facility also strengthens our ability to provide excellent service to our customers throughout the Los Angeles metro area and beyond.”  

The Chefs’ Warehouse distributes high-quality imported and local artisan products to high-end restaurants in Southern California.
