The Chefs' Warehouse acquires Bassian Farms
Bassian Farms supplies Northern California’s restaurants with high-quality beef, poultry, pork and seafood products.
The Chefs' Warehouse, Inc., Ridgefield, Conn., acquired Bassian Farms, Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based specialty protein manufacturer and distributor.
