Compass Group PLC, UK, announced plans to acquire Fazer Group, Finland.

Fazer Food Services is a food catering business across several sectors, including business and industry, education, healthcare, seniors and defense, with operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark,

Fazer’s foodservice focus on food and culinary innovation will further strengthen Compass Group’s ability to create more innovative solutions. The two companies share a clear focus on high-quality food, outstanding customer service and a commitment to sustainability.
