Amcor acquires Bemis, creates global provider of consumer packaging
Amcor produces responsible packaging for food, beverage and consumer products.
Amcor, Australia, acquired Chicago-based Bemis Co. Inc., effective June 11. The combined company will operate as Amcor plc.

Amcor produces responsible packaging for food, beverage and consumer products, among others, and operates approximately 245 locations in more than 40 countries.
