Petit Pot, San Francisco, debuted a new dairy-free version of its classic Dark Chocolate Pudding, which uses a classic French pastry technique on natural dairy-free ingredients.
“We’re so proud of everything we make at Petit Pot, and we want to be able to share these classic French desserts with everyone,” said Maxime Pouvreau, founder. “Making dairy-free versions of our Pots de Crème has been a goal for years, but it’s taken time to get it right -- to craft something we think is every bit as tasty as our traditional recipe. With this dessert we’ve finally achieved dairy-free pudding parity.”
The Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme is a plant-based alternative to decadent desserts.
