Registrar Corp., Hampton, Va., acquired K Squared International, LLC, Washington, D.C., and Registration and Licensing Systems, Inc. (RLS). Both companies provide FDA registration, U.S. agent and product listing services to domestic and foreign FDA-regulated facilities.
