As we collectively find ourselves in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at M&M Systems, Carnot Refrigeration, and M&M Refrigeration wanted to inform you that we have been designated as Essential Businesses and will remain open to supply our customers in the food & agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and data management industries, among others.

First and foremost, we want to assure you that we are taking all recommended steps to keep our employees, customers, and partners safe. At the same time, we remain vigilant in doing all that we can to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions. The reality is, however, that lead times and prices are not as stable as they were just a few weeks ago. Constant, timely communication with you will be imperative as we navigate these circumstances together.

More than ever, our mission at M&M Systems, Carnot Refrigeration, and M&M Refrigeration (as part of the “Essential” infrastructure in the states and provinces in which we operate) is 1) to protect the health of our people and those we serve, 2) to provide constant, seamless operations/fulfillment, 3) to provide intensified customer support and communications, and 4) to fight for price and schedule integrity to the best of our abilities throughout this crisis.
