Marking Lineage’s continued efforts to support customers’ demands of the fast-growing economies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the expansion increases the warehouse’s pallet space capacity by 30%.

 Regions worldwide reported increased capacity and several new companies joined GCCA in the past year. 

The facility, located adjacent to Interstate 35, is more than 400,000 square feet with an average clear height of 55 feet and 53 dock doors. 

The move-in ready cold storage facility boasts 40-foot clear ceiling heights, a 35,000-square-foot in-place freezer with full height racking, 11 loading docks and two drive-in doors.

The site features over 3 million cubic feet of space and more than 16,000 pallet positions. 

The 300,000-square-foot warehouse was developed in partnership with Ambrose Property Group and built by ARCO Design/Build.
