CSM Bakery Solutions, Atlanta, announced its intention to sell its BakeMark business.

CSM Bakery Supplies North America (CSM BSNA) Schaumburg, Ill., said it expects in March to acquire Best Brands Corp., a Minnetonka, Minn.-based supplier of frozen bakery goods and bakery ingredients.

CSM Bakery Supplies North America, Schaumburg, Ill., said that in advance of his upcoming retirement, CEO Reinoud Plantenberg will transfer his responsibilities to Bret Weaver effective May 1, 2010.
