The future of HPP is promising, with continued technological innovations and expanding applications to meet growing consumer demand for better-for-you processing methods.

By consolidating deliveries of perishable and dry goods in one truck that supports three different temperatures —frozen refrigerated and ambient — food manufacturers, distributors and retailers can eliminate the costs of multiple deliveries across the United States.

The plant was Tetra Pak’s first in the United States, and today the 263,844-square-foot site includes a Global Information Technology hub, a Product Development Center, a Technical Training Center, a warehouse, a packaging material production factory and office space.   

By automating this process, these vibratory conveying systems maximize production efficiency, increase throughput and minimize labor requirements while improving sanitation to protect product quality.

This brand refresh follows a period of rapid expansion for Mini Melts, fueled by a recent investment from Altamont Capital Partners in 2023.

All products will be in the new packaging, which is an evolution of the current design, now popping on shelves with brighter colors and more appetizing flavor appeal.

Twin City Foods partnered with Key Technology and installed two VERYX optical sorters at the end of their lines that process both frozen peas and corn. 

ORBIS also acquired CTI’s facilities, including 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 22,000 square feet of warehousing space.

Baldor Specialty Foods is expanding its Urban Roots line along with a complete rebrand across all of its existing products.

At the show, TC Transcontinental Packaging will highlight its Slingshot BOPE recyclable and high-performing flexible plastic packaging films.
