Avocado products processor Calavo Growers, Inc., Santa Paula, Calif., said it agreed to buy Renaissance Food Group (RFG), LLC, a Rancho Cordova, Calif., processor of retail fresh-cut fruit and vegetables.

Real Mex Restaurants, Inc. , Cypress, Calif., said it named Rick Dutkiewicz interim president and CEO at Real Mex Foods.
