ALDI Nord is taking bold steps toward a greener future with its latest state-of-the-art logistics center.

In-house USDA import inspections will now take place at Lineage’s Jourdan Road cold storage facility in New Orleans East.

The Temple facility's location was carefully selected for its proximity to major transportation routes.

The facility is perfectly suited for handling frozen import/export commodities like poultry, seafood, produce, and other perishable products. 

A high-performance roof is an interdependent system that’s critical in controlling temperature, preventing condensation and improving energy efficiency.

A new office in Vietnam aligns with the Seafrigo Group’s long-term growth strategy to develop its own operations in key locations around the globe. 

The facility is located approximately 20 miles from the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports. 

The site is located adjacent to the CPKC intermodal terminal in south Kansas City and within 30 miles of the BNSF, Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern terminals. 

By consolidating deliveries of perishable and dry goods in one truck that supports three different temperatures —frozen refrigerated and ambient — food manufacturers, distributors and retailers can eliminate the costs of multiple deliveries across the United States.

The use of higher global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants in new equipment will be phased out as early as January 1, depending on the equipment type and application.
