Prairie Farms Dairy has launched its Fabulous Flavors of Fall Campaign for parties and entertaining during the holiday season. From Pumpkin Spice Milk to Sea Salt Caramel Cream Cheese and Brown Butter Maple Ice Cream, Prairie Farms’ product portfolio is full of variety when it comes to all things fall.
The results are in for this year’s World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest. In all, there were 267 winners, and with its 47 awards, or 18% of total awards, Prairie Farms had more wins than any competing company, including the top honor of Grade A Grand Champion for Regular Small Curd Cottage Cheese.
Prairie Farms Dairy, a cooperative owned by more than 800 dairy farm families, is launching 18 new ways to snack with the introduction of Small Batch Cream Cheese Spreads in 3.5-ounce cups and Small Batch Ice Cream pints. From Sea Salt Caramel Cream Cheese Spread to Savannah Fudge Pie Ice Cream and everything between, they start the same way with 100% real milk and cream from local farm families.
Prairie Farms’ Caves of Faribault cheese has won the bronze award in the ‘Cheese – Cow Milk’ category as part of the Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) 2020 sofi Awards, a top honor in the $158 billion specialty food industry.
