MAG Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of two temperature-controlled properties from FreshEdge, including its  Indianapolis HQ. 

Steve Grinstead will be transitioning into the role of chairman of the company effective December 31.

FreshEdge now operates more than 1.3 million square feet of warehouse space across 35 facilities with a fleet of more than 1,100 trucks. 

Based in the Salinas Valley of California, Western Sky Produce was established in March 2020, by Wyatt Meiggs and Phil Giles, two friends who shared a passion for fresh produce and servicing the complex supply chain of the industry. 

KT Produce provides premium-quality fruits and vegetables to a vast assortment of foodservice establishments including restaurants, schools, hotels, military bases, healthcare facilities, and other institutions throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

FreshEdge now operates more than 1.12 million square feet of warehouse space across 29 facilities with a fleet of 1,041 trucks.
 

Tony Mitchell joins the organization as chief revenue officer (CRO) and  Marc Jones as chief operating officer (COO).
