ABC Pastry is a well-known Australian brand recognized for its premium quality frozen dumplings.

The facility will serve as the hub for Flora Food Group’s creams and cream cheeses products for the U.S. and Canada.

The divestitures encompass the U.S. and Canada operations of several yogurt brands including Yoplait, Liberté, Go-Gurt, Oui, Mountain High, and :ratio, as well as manufacturing facilities in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Reed City, Michigan, and Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec. 

The combined company will be able to take advantage of bi-coastal production facilities, improve its delivery capabilities, expand product offerings, and leverage its additional scale.

Miracapo is a contract manufacturer of frozen pizzas for convenience stores and branded customers serving the retail channel.

The primary focus of the site is providing export services to local poultry producers but is well-suited to support a broad range of temperature-controlled distribution services. 

It will add two new billion-dollar brands – Pringles and Cheez-It – to the Mars business, which today includes 15 billion-dollar brands.

The Kennedy Group primarily focuses on serving mid-sized and large accounts in the beverage and household industries.

FreshEdge now operates more than 1.3 million square feet of warehouse space across 35 facilities with a fleet of more than 1,100 trucks. 

Through the acquisition, Califia will expand its Away-From -Home portfolio of products.
