Grey Mountain Partners, Boulder, Colo., acquired Kronos Foods, Inc., a Mediterranean food manufacturer and distributor, primarily serving the foodservice market, based in Glendale Heights, Ill.
Kronos Foods, Glendale Heights, Ill., and Meyer Family Farms, Quincy, Ill., signed a licensing agreement for Kronos to market, sell and distribute frozen pomegranate arils.
Cono Italiano, Inc., Red Bank, N.J., said it purchased equipment to process its Pizza Cono product, a unique cone-shaped frozen pizza for QSR, take-out and leisure foodservice operations.
