Kronos Foods, Inc., Glendale Heights, Ill., introduced an Italian Beef product line for restaurateurs nationwide.
Created by utilizing traditional Italian spices and superior cuts of beef, Kronos Italian Beef has consistent color and flavor, is carefully cooked to perfection and chilled immediately after cooking to set color and retain its natural juices.
"We are excited to expand our product offerings to include new products for new markets," says Howard Eirinberg, president. "Our hope is to provide restaurants across the country with these exceptional products, created specifically with them in mind."
The au jus is also packaged in a re-sealable tub, making it easy to store.
