Dan Powers, President and CEO of Fisher Construction Group recently announced that agreements have been completed to acquire the personnel and assets of All Surface Roofing & Waterproofing of Spokane. The new division will be called Fisher Roofing Services. All Surface’s parent company of Santa Ana, CA is not part of the acquisition, and will continue operating as a separate company.

Fisher Roofing Services will be led by Darrell Kidwell, a roofing professional with 20 years of experience. The new Fisher division will perform a full range of commercial roofing services which includes installation all types of roofs along with maintenance, warranty and emergency repair. Fisher Roofing Services will operate out of their current offices on N. Florida Street in Spokane, WA and will move into Fisher Construction Group’s office near the Spokane airport within the year. Fisher Roofing Services offers commercial customers the following services:

  • New Construction Roofing
  • Re-roof and Preventive Maintenance Programs
  • 24 hr. Emergency Repair

Fisher Roofing Services handles all types of roof systems including:

  • Low and Steep Slope
  • TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-Up, and Fluid Applied Membrane Systems
  • Architectural Asphalt, Architectural Sheet Metal Roofing, Tile, Slate, Synthetic, Cedar Shake and Shingle

Fisher Roofing Services is licensed in most Western states as well as Louisiana, North Dakota, Indiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Alaska, with the ability to quickly license in any US location as needed.

Fisher Construction Group’s is based in Burlington, Washington with offices in Spokane and Vancouver, Washington. Incorporated in the State of Washington since 1975, Fisher has completed projects across the US and Canada, with currently active projects in Alaska, Georgia, Indiana, Virginia, California, and throughout the Pacific Northwest.
