When it comes to packing smaller products such as ham, cheese, poultry and fish, the MULTIVAC B 425 offers a very high output thanks to its compact and narrow design, small footprint, durability, easy operation and the highest level of hygiene. This new model, which is designed in the MULTIVAC Hygienic Design, is aimed at food processing companies, and it is particularly suitable for the automated packaging of sausage, ham, bacon, fresh meat, fish and cheese in film pouches. In many cases, more products per shift can be packed on the B 425 than on the larger and supposedly higher-output chamber belt machines. The new B 425 therefore offers an outstanding price-to-performance ratio when packaging smaller food products in film pouches.

Fully automatic Rollstock Vacuum Packaging Machines offer simple reliability in low cost machines. Now they are available with faster cycle times and improved performance. SHUTTLE CONVEYOR FOR FORMED FOOD

Nutec’s Stainless Steel Shuttle and Tray Conveyors can be paired with Nutec food forming equipment. The Shuttle Conveyors take formed product that is deposited onto the perpendicular conveyor and transport it on a wire belt with a shuttle stroke distance of 6” to 48”. Formed product can also be deposited into trays for production to freeze tunnel, oven or tray sealing machine for more efficient labor saving benefits.
