Truly Grass Fed Expands Presence in 3 Major Retailers

Truly Grass Fed Products
Truly Grass Fed

As demand for clean-label, responsibly sourced food continues to grow, Truly Grass Fed is answering the call – expanding to 3,200 new points of distribution across three of the nation’s most respected retail chains: Publix, Natural Grocers and H-E-B.

August 20, 2025

Truly Grass Fed, a leading brand of sustainably produced dairy products from the green fields of Ireland, is growing its distribution with three of the nation’s most respected retail chains, marking a pivotal moment in its growth trajectory. Expanding its reach across shelves in Publix, Natural Grocers and H-E-B, the brand is now more accessible than ever and meeting the growing shift in American shopping habits toward clean-label, responsibly sourced, sustainably grass-fed farmed and premium-quality food products. With 3,200 new points of distribution, Truly Grass Fed is answering consumers’ call for transparency, trust and taste.

Starting this summer, shoppers will see Truly Grass Fed’s high-quality offerings in the following leading retail chains:

  • Publix: 1,300 Publix locations in the U.S. will begin carrying Truly Grass Fed’s Natural Creamy Salted and Unsalted Butter 16-Ounce Sticks. Publix already stocks Truly Grass Fed’s 8-ounce butter blocks, 8-ounce spreadable butter and two cheddar cheese products, making them one of the first retailers to feature an almost-complete selection of Truly Grass Fed’s dairy items.
  • Natural Grocers: 163 Natural Grocers locations expanded their Truly Grass Fed assortment to include a broader range of cheddar cheese products. Shoppers will be able to find Truly Grass Fed’s Natural Sharp Cheddar Cheese Wedge, Natural Aged Cheddar Cheese Wedge and Maker’s Blend Aged Cheese Wedge, alongside existing offerings, such as the 16-Ounce Butter sticks and 8-Ounce Natural Creamy Salted and Unsalted Butter Blocks, as well as the brand’s Truly Gluten-Free Original and Extra Creamy Oat Milks. With this expansion, Natural Grocers will now offer nearly Truly Grass Fed’s full portfolio of products.
  • H-E-B: Truly Grass Fed’s 8-ounce butter blocks will now be available in most H-E-B locations — marking a significant expansion from their previous availability in just 50% of stores. The full line of 8-Ounce Butter Blocks, including the Natural Creamy Salted and Unsalted, will now be accessible to more consumers than ever in the Texas-based chain.

“We’re proud to bring our offerings to more households across the country through these growing partnerships with Publix, Natural Grocers and H-E-B and are grateful for the opportunity to be part of a movement that’s reshaping the way Americans shop and eat,” said Jaclyn Crabbe, marketing director for Truly Family Farms. “Today’s consumers are looking for nutritious, responsibly produced food, and we’re thrilled to see our partners responding to this demand to make it easier than ever for families to have offerings that align with their values.”

These expanded retail partnerships mark an exciting milestone in Truly Grass Fed’s continued growth, reinforcing the brand’s presence as a trusted name in the premium dairy space.

Truly Grass Fed’s recent retail wins are supported by strong year-over-year performance data that reflects shifting consumer preferences and retailer confidence. In the past 52 weeks, the brand grew its average ACV (volume) in the U.S. Natural Channel by 2.9 percentage points, with a remarkable 32.1% increase in Total Distribution Points — clear indicators of deeper product penetration and expanded shelf presence. The combined multi-outlet market and natural channel data also shows a 6.8% increase in the total number of stores carrying the brand, demonstrating rising national availability and demand.

Truly Grass Fed’s growth underscores its leadership in sustainable food systems. With zero waste to landfills, 95% grass-fed cows, and ongoing commitments to animal welfare and food waste reduction, the brand continues to meet consumer demand for responsible production and unmatched quality.
