October 16, 2025

Hydropac, a leading UK manufacturer of temperature-controlled packaging, announced a new partnership with Mobile People.Powered.Logistics, a carbon-neutral haulage and logistics provider.

The collaboration reinforces Hydropac’s ongoing commitment to reducing CO₂ emissions across the cold chain while maintaining the uncompromising reliability its customers depend on.

All goods transported between Hydropac, its warehouse, and its customers (excluding courier-handled pallets) will be delivered under a verified carbon-neutral transport model.

The move represents a significant milestone in the company’s sustainability journey - aligning logistics operations with the company’s broader environmental goals.

“Reliability and sustainability must work hand in hand,” said Colin Rowland, managing director. “Partnering with Mobile Logistics allows us to offer clients the confidence of carbon-neutral distribution without compromising on the performance and precision the cold chain demands.”

Mobile People.Powered.Logistics is one of the UK’s few haulage providers to have achieved certified carbon neutrality, verified by Carbon Neutral Britain under ISO 14064 greenhouse gas protocols and managed under ISO 14001 environmental systems. The company offsets residual emissions through independently verified programmes and has committed to achieving true zero-emissions status by 2037.

This verified accreditation places Mobile People.Powered.Logistics among a select group of UK logistics businesses offering credible, transparent, and fully certified carbon-neutral operations - a key differentiator in palletized freight and distribution.

This partnership brings Hydropac’s expertise in high-performance, recyclable temperature-control packaging together with Mobile’s carbon-neutral haulage model - creating a complete, sustainable cold chain solution.

This step marks another step in Hydropac’s mission to decarbonize its operations and supply chain. By selecting logistics partners who share its values, Hydropac continues to progress in sustainable innovation - proving that environmentally responsible cold chain solutions are both achievable and commercially advantageous.
