Saelig Company, Inc.  has introduced the MSR85 Ultralow Temperature Logger, which, due to its replaceable ½ AA 3.6V battery and long operating life, can be used multiple times as a cost-effective and sustainable solution for cold chain monitoring.  

Using an internal PT1000 platinum temperature sensor, the MSR85 can store up to 32,000 measurements at preselected intervals.

Setting up the MSR85 is quite simple via a USB-C PC connection; before use, all required parameters such as alarm limits, measurement interval or time zone can be configured using the Configuration Tool. Recording is then started conveniently with the push of a button. After transport, recipients can immediately see an LED indication if hazardous threshold values have been exceeded. 

Once recording is stopped by pressing the unit’s button, the logger can be connected to a PC via USB; the MSR85 will then automatically generate tamper-proof PDF and CSV reports of all relevant data.
