Ripi Launches Chef-Driven Frozen Pasta at Whole Foods Market

Developed in collaboration with two-time “Top Chef” contestant and culinary personality Joe Sasto, Ripi’s lineup strikes a balance between comfort and creativity, delivering bold, familiar flavors with restaurant-level quality all ready in minutes.
Ripi, the chef-driven frozen pasta brand founded in early 2025, announced a nationwide launch at Whole Foods Market, with the pasta being rolled out to stores over the coming weeks.
The expansion marks a major growth milestone for the brand, which is currently stocked in more than 300 retail locations and has thousands of additional retail doors slated to come online over the next year.
Founded by former investor and UTA executive Ian Tecklin, Ripi was created to bring restaurant-quality pasta to the freezer aisle without compromising on ingredients or flavor.

Ripi’s pastas are made using high-quality ingredients sourced from local U.S. farms and trusted purveyors, then flash-frozen at peak freshness to preserve flavor and texture, resulting in a 12-month freezer shelf life and an easy, indulgent meal.
Products launching at Whole Foods Market include:
- Cacio e Pepe Ravioli: Inspired by the Roman classic, made with freshly cracked black pepper and a rich, creamy blendof aged Romano and Parmesan cheeses.
- Beef Short Rib Ravioli: Made with locally-sourced, antibiotic-free beef short rib, slow-braised in red wine, beef stock, and aromatics until fall-apart tender, then finished with Swiss chard and freshly ground Parmesan.
- Chicken Parmesan Ravioli: A refined take on the Italian-American classic, made with cage-free chicken, vine-ripened tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella and Parmesan.
