Veteran Provisur Executive Joins Fortifi Food Processing Solutions Board
While he served as CCI's VP of corporate development, Cohen led the acquisition of Formax, Weiler-Beehive and Young and Associates to form Provisur Technologies, of which he served as president and CEO through 2022.
Fortifi Food Processing Solutions announced the appointment of Mel Cohen to the company's board of directors. As executive vice president and chief operating officer of Chicago-based CC Industries (CCI), Cohen has a lengthy track record with investments and acquisitions in a dynamic international enterprise.
While he served as CCI's VP of corporate development, Cohen led the acquisition of Formax, Weiler-Beehive and Young and Associates to form Provisur Technologies, of which he served as president and CEO through 2022.
He led Provisur through a period of significant growth powered by new product development, global expansion and targeted acquisitions.
