Clementine’s Ice Cream Makes Grocery Debut at Schnucks

Clementine’s Ice Cream will roll out eight flavors of its chef-driven ice cream concept, crafted with all-natural dairy and housemade mix-ins.
Clementine’s Ice Cream announced its expansion into the consumer packaged goods market via an exclusive partnership with Schnucks to bring the Midwest-based microcreamery to 30 stores across Missouri and Illinois.
The announcement marks the small-batch ice cream brand’s first appearance in grocery stores on the heels of an intentional company expansion, where Clementine’s has grown to 11 parlor locations with a projected growth to 40 within the next five years.
Along with its availability across select Schnucks locations, Clementine’s is currently available in their ice cream parlors across Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri, and ships its ice cream nationally on Goldbelly.

“We are so excited to make our grocery debut with Schnucks, an industry pillar in the Midwest,” said Tamara Keefe, founder and CEO of Clementine’s Ice Cream. “Our growth has been fueled by our community-driven mindset and quality ice cream, and Schnucks is the perfect partner to align with our mission and help us expand our audience reach. For us, ice cream is more than just a treat. It’s about creating joy, connection, and meaningful moments shared through a good scoop, so we’re thrilled to continue bringing our handcrafted ice cream in new markets across the Midwest with Schnucks.”
This expansion is part of Clementine’s multi-year growth strategy to bring its award-winning ice cream to diverse markets throughout the Midwest over the next five years, sparked by the brand’s investment in a 25,000-square-foot production facility that will allow for production for up to 40 parlors, online orders and grocery deliveries.
About Clementine’s Ice Cream
Clementine’s Ice Cream is a Midwest-based microcreamery, featuring “naughty” (alcohol-infused), unique “nice” flavors, and non-dairy options. In 2019, Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream was named to Oprah Magazine’s “The O List” as the “sexiest ice cream alive.” Founded in 2015 by Tamara Keefe when she quit her high-profile marketing job in corporate America to pursue her lifelong passion for making ice cream. The company has grown to nine parlors around the St. Louis metro area, one in Kansas City, one in Bentonville, and ships nationwide on Goldbelly from its 25,000-square-foot production facility. Clementine’s places an emphasis on chef-forward flavors and strong community ties.
