Burke Corp., a Nevada, Iowa-based provider of fully cooked meat products said this new product features premium quality beef blended with red pepper, cracked fennel, garlic and other carefully selected seasonings for spicy Italian flavor. The links, launched under Burke’s Premoro brand are thinly sliced for maximum coverage and convenience. 

“Our new fully cooked All Beef Bias-Sliced Italian-Style Links provide customers who enjoy the authentic flavor of traditional Italian sausage - but prefer beef- - the opportunity to enjoy a whole new array of menu options and retail convenience foods,” said Liz Hertz, marketing director of Burke Corp. “And it’s bias-sliced, making it perfect for trendy or traditional pizzas, pasta dishes, Italian-style sandwiches, panini, wraps and calzones, as well as appetizers and other premium or signature menu items.”

The new Italian-style links are fully cooked to reduce labor and training costs while providing easy use and portioning. Frozen to maintain freshness, slices are packaged in two 5-lb. bags per case. As with Burke’s entire product line, custom solutions, bulk packaging and private labeling are available.
