Located just five miles from its fish farm production operations, the new plant will house employ about 120 workers at full capacity. Officials said Initial production will average 5,000 pounds per month, ramping up to 30,600 pounds per month by this August.
In related news, Bell said it received a $15 million equity investment from SDR Ventures Inc., Denver.
