Blumenthal to lead Kahiki foodservice
Frozen Asian entree processor Kahiki Foods Inc., Gahanna, Ohio, hired 27-year veteran Don Blumenthal as foodservice division vice president. Blumenthal most recently was a principal with Top Line Success Inc., a Ballwin, Mo., foodservice sales and marketing consultant. He also has held executive posts with Tyson Foods Inc. and ConAgra Frozen Foods.
"We are committed to expanding our foodservice channel [sales] at an accelerated pace," said Tim Tsao, vice president of sales and marketing. "Don's proven track record in this channel makes him the perfect individual to lead this initiative."
