Food packaging equipment supplier
Pro Mach, Inc., Cincinnati, said it was acquired byThe Resolute Fund II, L.P.
for an undisclosed amount fromOdyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Resolute is an affiliate ofThe Jordan Company, a New York, N.Y.-based investment group.

Pro Mach equipment brands include Allpax, Axon, Brenton, Currie by Brenton, Dekka, Fowler, ID Technology, IPak, LSI, Orion, Ossid, Rennco, Roberts PolyPro, Shuttleworth, Wexxar/Bel, and ProCustomer.
The Middleby Corporation, Elgin, Ill., said it purchased meat processing equipment supplierSFK-Danfotech Inc., Kansas City, Mo., for an undisclosed amountSFK systems A/S. well established as a supplier of restaurant and in-store deli food equipment, Middleby said it purchased Danfotech to expand its food processing platform.
Danfotech has annual sales of approximately $5 million, officials said. Danfotech products include meat tenderizers, tumblers, presses and defrosting systems.
