The conveyor live chat allows customers to chat with a company engineer to answer questions or receive technical assistance about their application or receive recommended conveyor solutions.

Available at, the conveyor live chat provides another channel for customers to quickly and efficiently receive advice and information about their conveyor system and application.

To get started, click onto the live chat icon on Dorner’s homepage, and supply your name and email address. Within a few seconds, an engineer responds and the chat begins. The live chat is not a video chat, thus does not require a webcam. When the chat is finished, customers receive an email containing the entire transcript of the chat.

The applications hotline chat is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
