Ruiz Food Products, Inc., Dinuba, Calif., announced plans to a 50,000-square-foot expansion of its Denison, Texas, manufacturing and distribution facility. The building will be completed by February 2014 with production online late spring.

“This expansion will increase our food manufacturing capabilities and help us meet the growing demand in key market segments,” says Rachel Cullen, president and CEO. “We are also pleased to announce that with the expansion, Ruiz Foods–Denison hopes to add up to 100-150 new jobs over the next three years.”
