Ida Mae Salads Looks to Sell Brand Name
After 50-plus years of manufacturing quality desserts and novelty snack products, Herkimer Foods, Herkimer, N.Y., plans to sell its Ida Mae brand name.
Ida Mae has a long and well-respected reputation for manufacturing regular and diet fruited gelatins, parfaits and novelty products. Herkimer Foods instead plans to focus its resources on growing other product lines.
