Tillamook County Creamery Association, Tillamook, Ore., produced what is said to be its oldest cheddar to date. Tillamook 4-year vintage cheddar

Each block of the 4-Year Vintage Extra Sharp White Cheddar on your radar was naturally aged over four years to achieve a creamy, crumbly texture with larger, more developed tyrosine crystals and sharp flavor.

An 18-ounce block boasts a suggested retail price of $7.29.
