Fresh Frozen Prepared Foods for QVC Distribution
Ever So Saucy Foods by Chef Frank, a new line of hand-made, all-natural and tradition-inspired fine prepared foods, debuted on QVC by chef Frank Tramontano. 
The nationwide launch includes hors d'oeuvre such as Filet Mignon Wellington Bites, Crab Tarts and Gorgonzola & Apple Palmier Crisps and large-format main dishes serving up to six, including Maine Lobster Lasagna, Wild Mushroom Truffled Mac n' Cheese and Rigatoni Bolognese. All are prepared in Tramontano’s Yaphank, N.Y., state-of-the-art, FDA-approved kitchen facility, where they are hand-packed and fresh frozen by a proprietary blast freeze process at -25°F to preserve that just-out-of-the-oven taste.
"After a 30-year career as an executive chef restaurateur, I have devoted the last five to realizing my long-held dream of creating my own line of products that deliver restaurant-quality food to the home kitchen," says Tramontano.
