A fully welded frame and conveyor construction incorporates solid-steel drive pulleys for accurate weighing of heavy packages and a long service life. METTLER TOLEDO’s Pin-n-Pivot system gives users access to all of the system’s major components.

The color touch-screen user interface guides operators quickly through initial product setup and changeovers to optimize uptime and simplify training. Password-protected access for operators and supervisors ensures the security of the user’s proprietary product and process information. Plus, the touch screen can hold up to 100 package memory locations, while the control system sorts out-of-tolerance packages, including cases, large cartons, parcels, bags or jugs, and communicates the weight data to meet the specific product inspection needs of the end user.

Machine-mounted controls include start-stop/e-stop and I/O for conveyor running and fault outputs.

Standard features include powder-coated mild steel construction and fully-welded frame design, Habasit black conveyor belt, variable speed drive motor control and ingress protection to IP54.
