Sausage Factory Becomes Flocchini Family Provisions
Sierra Meat and Seafood, through its holding company, Armand Agra, Reno, Nev., purchased the Sausage Factory, Carson City, Nev.
As a result, the Sausage Factory will become Flocchini Family Provisions and will remain in Carson City with the same employees.
Steve Church was named general manager. And, the previous owner, Joe Tonino, will become vice president, aiding in the management and strategic development of the business.
Flocchini Family Provisions maintains a great foundation to help meet the growing demand for small batch, handcrafted, natural and specialty sausages, hot dogs and deli meats for retail and foodservice.
“Having been a distributor for the Sausage Factory for the last five years, the Flocchini’s are great admirers of the exceptional high-quality product produced at the company, and look forward to growing that success both locally in Nevada and nationally through our network of over 300 distributors,” the company said in a press release.
