New Palletizers & Warehousing Equipment

CONVENTIONAL PALLETIZER EQUIPPED WITH ROBOT

Qimarox’s Highrunner mk7 palletizer combines the capacity of a conventional palletizer with the flexibility of a palletizing robot. Whether it’s boxes with or without covers, trays with or without foil, buckets, crates or jerry cans, the Highrunner mk7 carefully and accurately positions them into any desired pattern and deposits them on the pallet layer by layer. The user-friendly touchscreen allows operators to easily select the desired stacking pattern and program new stacking patterns if necessary. And, its patented pattern-formation conveyor allows the layers to be deposited at lightning speed. A built-in pallet lift ensures that pallets drop automatically. Once a pallet is full, the lift descends to floor level, after which a roller conveyor removes the products.

STAND-UP POUCH SYSTEM

The Eagle packaging system weighs and deposits product into stand-up pouches, indexes and arranges the pouches in alternating patterns and simultaneously erects and tapes up to 12 cases per minute. The pouches are dropped directly into a case that, when full, is transferred to the case sealer. Then, the integrated palletizer picks up and transfers the sealed case to a pallet.

UNIVERSAL PLASTIC PALLET

Capable of accepting dynamic loads up to 3,300 pounds and 2,200-pound racking loads, the Cabka-IPS Eco i5.1 universal plastic pallet features an open deck with a flow-through block design for manual or automated washdowns. Used for closed loops, distribution, production areas and exports, the 48x40-inch pallet has a 1.5-inch nesting height.

DUAL INFEED VERTICAL CARTONER

Fully automatic, the PMI VXL all-servo, vertical top-load cartoner features multiple product handling areas. An intelliFEED sorting system singulates and orients pouches from a bulk hopper; the pouches are then loaded into the built-in tilt-tray system that delivers them into the carton. Loose-fill product is loaded into cartons via the integrated volumetric filler. A Nordson Problue hot melt system and sift-resistant, reverse-fold carton-sealing promote seal integrity assurance. An open-flap detection/reject station and no-carton/no-product fill control are standard. Capable of reaching speeds up to 200 cartons per minute, the system is Category 3 safety compliant and available in washdown construction with a welded stainless-steel base frame.

LEVEL LIFT SYSTEM FOR EVEN LIFTING, LOADING

Enerpac introduced the new LL-Series Level lift system for safe and even lifting and lowering of unbalanced loads. Featuring a robust yet simple design, the Level Lift System can control up to four lift points at one time without complicated electronics or sensors at each lift point. This fully configured and assembled system removes uneven loads and sends a fixed volume of oil to each cylinder while lifting or lowering. Configured with a 3-button pendant, the Level Lift System allows for a single point of control away from the application to reduce the risk of operator miscommunication. The lift/lower valve enables easy switching between lift and lower modes. And, gauges are located on the cart for convenient pressure monitoring.
