New Palletizers & Warehousing Equipment
HIGH-SPEED, IN-LINE PALLETIZER
Columbia Machine launched the HL7200 high-speed, in-line palletizer, which incorporates Category 3 electrical safety components with dual channel safety interlocks and full-height light curtains. A dual slot automatic hoist pin latching system on the full load hoist and pallet dispenser hoist provides a redundant fail-safe protection system. Fully integrated upper and lower guarding with viewing panels and multiple access doors that incorporate a trapped key door access system meet OSHA requirements for minor servicing. The new programmable laner technology with soft turn and configurable layer table provides accurate and stable layer forming. The HL7200 accurately palletizes 72-120 cases per minute.

ROBOTIC MIXED-LOAD PALLETIZING, DE-PALLETIZING
Intelligrated’s Alvey robotic solutions utilize the latest advancements in robotic integration, configurable end-of-arm tooling, advanced software and controls and vision technology to automate palletizing and de-palletizing. Ideal for handling multiple product types and sizes, robotic mixed-load order fulfillment solutions satisfy retail and consumer demands for less-than-full pallet loads of mixed product and retail-ready display pallets. Robotic systems seamlessly integrate with other Intelligrated automation components, including conveyors, software, sortation and order picking systems.
STAINLESS-STEEL PALLETIZER FOR HARSH PLANT ENVIRONMENTS
A-B-C’s new stainless-steel palletizer is the solution for harsh plant environments with high humidity, moisture or corrosive factors. This low-level palletizer is built for increased speed capability with continuous feed and layer accumulation during sweep transfer. Each layer is squared before transfer to ensure secure pallet loads. It features a heavy gauge frame that is welded and bolted for maximum strength and durability. The elevator table is reinforced with crossbar beams to eliminate load stress, and the table edges are gently tapered to ensure stable layer transfer. The table is counterweighted to eliminate drive motor stress. Vertical transfer of the elevator table is powered by variable frequency motor drive to eliminate hard starts and stops. It can palletize up to 50 cases per minute, and runs cases, bags, trays, totes or multi-packs in multiple pallet patterns, all pre-programmed for quick changeover.
