ROTARY JET MIXER
Alfa Laval’s rotary jet mixer handles liquid and powder mixing, gas dispersion and clean-in-place while reducing time and energy. This mixer combines high blending precision with minimized mixing times, and is said to reduce energy requirements by up to 50%. It can be used in tanks between 100-800,000 liters in size, is equipped with two or four nozzles and is positioned below liquid level in the tank. Liquid is withdrawn from the tank outlet by a pump and circulated via an external loop to the mixer.

PLASTIC MODULAR BELT FOR CIP SYSTEMS
The new Habasit HyCLEAN plastic modular belts have been developed to improve conditions and cleaning procedures in hygiene-sensitive food processing areas. The HyCLEAN package includes a new sprocket and a 2-inch flat top module, both patented with a unique hygienic design. Plus, a patented sprocket allows optimal water accessibility to hinges and pivot rods, making it suitable for usage in clean-in-place systems.
CLEANING NOZZLE FOR CIP EQUIPMENT
Spray Nozzle Engineering developed the M-Series tank cleaning nozzle for clean-in-place applications in cold or difficult operating conditions, such as tunnel and spiral freezers. The unique patented design allows it to produce impact droplets through a range of pressure curves, reducing atomization and increasing cleaning. The self-cleaning system ensures that contaminants are flushed through the bearing surfaces, keeping it spinning blockage-free. The M-Series is available in 1- to 2-inch pipe sizes, each with interchangeable flow directors offering different flow rates and pressure operating ranges
