FILLER WITH SELF-CONTAINED HEAT SYSTEM
Hinds-Bock manufactures filling machines with self-contained heat systems for temperature-sensitive filling applications, such as cheese, soup, sauces and more. This self-contained heat system maintains the product temperature ranging from -2°F to 2°F throughout the filler.

VERTICAL FORM-FILL-SEAL MACHINE
From its recently acquired company, Osgood Industries Inc., Bosch Packaging Technology displayed the 6400-S servo inline machine for filling liquid, viscous and various other food types into pre-formed cups. The S-series features a solid, low profile and stainless-steel weldment base designed to meet 3-A certification as well as clean and ultra-clean hygienic levels. The consolidated tank style pump features clean-in-place capabilities due to the lack of piston O-rings. Servo-driven indexing and filling motions provide smooth and accurate filling with superior control of individual lanes, limiting product spillage. Downtime is reduced with the inclusion of slide out systems for easy refills of packaging material and sampling without stoppages, resulting in a throughput of up to 60,000 cups per hour.
