Sabert Corp., a Sayreville, N.J.-based foodservice packaging manufacturer, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kalman Packaging Inc., a manufacturer of thermoformed plastic hinged food containers headquartered in Graham, N.C.

The transaction provides a meaningful addition to Sabert's portfolio, while creating opportunities to further broaden Sabert's reach across multiple channels and better serve customers.
