Sashimi-style smoked salmon
Acme Smoked Fish Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y., introduced Sashimi-style smoked salmon to its Blue Hill Bay line of premium seafood specialties.
Made without artificial preservatives, each ready-to-eat, single-serve package includes sliced salmon medallions from premium loins along with a packet of gluten-free tamari sauce.
This salmon delivers just 190 calories, contains zero trans-fat, is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids and offers an excellent source of vitamin D, and is ideal as an appetizer or main course paired with sushi or traditional Japanese dishes, over or alongside choice of rice or vegetables and seasoned with provided tamari soy sauce or other condiments.
“We’re excited to announce the launch of our newest variety of premium smoked seafood, serving up a distinctly rich flavor certain to become a favorite at mealtime or on the go,” says Ellen Lee-Allen, senior marketing manager.
Blue Hill Bay Sashimi-style smoked salmon is sold in 5.2-ounce packages and 12-count cases at select Wegman’s and Whole Foods locations.
