RedHat Cooperative, Canada, along with its member growers and the Star Group (Star Produce, BC Hot House, CFP, Sliced and Whole Leaf) join forces to grow their collective business’ south of the border.

This partnership will position both companies for growth, while delivering on the needs to U.S.-based customers. 

“The RedHat Cooperative was founded by 10 growers in 1966, drawn to the sun and great growing conditions of Southern Alberta,” says Doyle Brandt, chairman of the board for RedHat Cooperative. “Our brand is well-known with consumers and retailers in Western Canada. The partnership with the Star Group and BC Hot House allows us to retail our long-standing cooperative model while bringing many synergies that will allow us to further position our products and growers for growth in the USA.”
