CHECK WEIGHER, VISION COMBO INSPECTION SYSTEM

ProSpection Solutions’ checkweigher/vision combo package inspection system is a package inspection/weighing machine that offers top-to-bottom package inspection of header and side seals, printed variable data, package height inspection and check weighing in one footprint. Ideal for a wide variety of foods, including meat, cheese, convenience foods and more, the PRO2300 CWI is equipped with high-speed, high-resolution top and bottom cameras and high-intensity LED lights. It includes a Wipotec load cell that weighs each package individually +/- .5 grams at a rate of up to 150 packages per minute. The system also measures package height, detects empty packages and boasts a dual air blow-off reject station for removal of non-conforming packages based on inspection or weight. Easily integrated with upstream/downstream equipment, its onboard database manages incoming and outgoing data, and is designed in accordance with USDA washdown guidelines.

MID-RANGE CASE PACKER FOR RIGID CONTAINERS

Delkor Systems revealed the new Performance Loader, a mid-range case packing system for rigid containers. Designed with key performance features, including pick-and-place gantry and infeed system, the Performance Loader can reach loading speeds up to 200 containers per minute and pack tapered cups, bottles and a range of other rigid container shapes and styles. The system is designed to fit into tight plant layouts with a 6-foot square frame layout. The machine’s modular design and offset infeed conveyor allow for ultra-compact layouts with an optional integrated case erector and/or case sealer. Plus, it can seamlessly integrate with a plant’s new or existing case erectors, sealers and wrappers.
