Wellshire Farms, Swedesboro, N.J., launched Bloody Mary-flavored dry rubbed uncured bacon.

The new thick-cut bacon is seasoned with classic Bloody Mary ingredients, including tomato powder and tabasco powder.

“We’re excited to add to our seasonal lineup with a fun, unique flavor that brings the taste of summer to life,” says Jessica Colameco, vice president of marketing and business development. “As a family-owned company, we’re all about providing families with natural, wholesome products with great flavor.”

Bloody Mary-flavored dry rubbed uncured bacon is gluten, soy and casein free, and is made with pork raised without antibiotics and fed a vegetarian diet.

The product will be available in Whole Foods Markets nationwide for a limited time, beginning in May and continuing through the summer season.
