Wells Enterprises, Inc., Le Mars, Iowa, signed a purchase agreement with Unilever, Englewood Cliffs, N.J., for its Henderson, Nev., ice cream manufacturing plant. This purchase will expand Wells’ current manufacturing capacity and adds an important footprint in the West.

The facility has been well-maintained with high-quality employees ready and excited to continue making ice cream,” says Mike Wells, president and CEO of Wells Enterprises. “The facility provides an even larger platform for growth while positioning us to better serve our customers.
