Forager Project, San Francisco, received a minority investment from Danone Manifesto Ventures, New York, to continue building its portfolio of innovative products, enhance sustainable sourcing and production, increase brand awareness and widen distribution.
“John Charles and I have spent three years getting to know Jean Francois, Laurent and the Danone Manifesto Ventures team. It’s the right time and they are the right partner – good people with leverageable, relevant experience and capital,” says Stephen Williamson, founder and CEO of Forager Project.
Forager Project develops a broad portfolio of organic plant-based products, including yogurt, milk, sour cream and half and half as well as a range of protein and probiotic shakes.
