HIGH-SPEED, HIGH-CAPACITY BULK BAG FILLING
A new sanitary bulk bag filling system from Flexicon features dual SWING-DOWN fillers fed by high-capacity weigh hoppers, achieving fill rates of up to 40 bulk bags per hour. The patented filler design simultaneously lowers and pivots each fill head into a vertically-oriented position that places the inflatable spout connection collar, inflator button, and four bag loop latches within reach of an operator standing on the plant floor.

TWO-STATION ROTARY TABLE TRAY SEALING
The Proseal GTR is a fully portable, semi-automatic two-station rotary table tray sealer featuring automatic film feed and a high accuracy tool alignment system. A significant benefit of the tray sealer over traditional manual machines where the operator has to wait for each tray to be sealed, is that the rotary operation of the GTR means that new trays can be loaded while the previous are being sealed. This delivers higher sealing speeds of up to 30 packs per minute.
