Lineage Logistics, a Colton, Calif.-based warehousing and logistics company sponsored by Bay Grove Capital LLC, San Francisco, contracted with Fisher Construction Group, Burlington, Wash., to build a 216,777-square-foot LEED-certified facility for Titan Frozen Fruit, Salinas, Calif.
With 25 doors and 85 foot docks, the facility will support efficient product unloading, receiving, inspection and grading.
